Breathing to Restore Freedom

Kozo Nishino

People think that rules and regulations are the rules and norms for living, but we live within the natural order of things, and within gravity, resisting them. In weightlessness, people think they are free because there is no resistance, but they are never free to move.

Not only that, but if you live in space without gravity for a long period of time, as astronauts do, you lose calcium and your bones become weak.

When gravity (a word “jyu-ryoku is written in two Chinese characters) is written horizontally connected into one character, it becomes a Chinese character for "motion. To move is to gain freedom.

There is joy in living while resisting gravity and acquiring freedom amidst the spider's web of rules.

To move freely, we must create a body that lives free from the assumption that we are stuck in a system.

A living body is a youthful body that does not decline at any age.

History shows us that many great conquerors, when they lost their youth, wished for immortality for fear of aging, created various laws and rules out of their obsession with power, and eventually lost sight of themselves and were buried in fiction.

Without a body to live in, we may have power, position, honor, and property, but we will never be free.

Freedom is the creation of youth, of a “lifetime of youth”.

We must enhance the regenerative capacity of each of the 60 trillion cells that make up the body and create a body that can move freely no matter how old we are.

To achieve this, we must master the art of breathing.

This breathing method is "Nishino Breathing Method”.

It is, in essence, the breathing method to "regain freedom”.
