Daily Nishino Breathing (7min) Open/Close Principle, Senyo, Yushin, and Basic Sokushin Breathing

The Open・Close Principle is a rule that guides the body efficiently to Chuyu or its ideal state, in the Nishino Method - Deep Breathing Exercises.

This is easy to understand if you imagine how animals use their bodies when they catch prey.

For example, "close" is a state in which the body curls up for a moment to store energy just before attacking prey, while "open" is a state of releasing stored energy when attacking prey.

As another exmple, "close" is a state in which the fetus is relaxing and storing energy in the mother's womb. You close your body while breathing in slowly and capturing yourself. In the meanwhile, you open your body while breathing out slowly and capturing the connection between yourself and your surroundings. When you open your body, spread the energy taken in by the state of Close throughout the body. Then the energy is naturally taken into your body.

Now, let's practice Senyo, the exercise in which you can easily understand this Open/Close Principle. Then, we also practice Yushin and the Basic Sokushin Breathing for more understanding.

Please watch this video with English subtitles to learn this rule through the practice of Senyo, Yushin and Basic Sokushin Breathing (Tenyu).
